I normally do their sidewalk and apron because he doesn’t and his wife gets stuck at the end of the driveway. they are descent people but I can’t respect Bernie supporters. I hope they don’t sign up to try to covert me!
so should I still shovel their driveway or just say screw it. They never say thanks and I normally get pissed off halfway through the season and stop doing it anyway.

On my street, we all have 300 or more feet of road frontage. A few years ago, our liberal college professor neighbor came up to our front door, rang the bell, and asked my wife and me to take down the candidate election posters from our yard. They explained they could not risk that their peers may look down on them if they lived in a neighborhood that may include supportors of a conservative candidate. But they did add that they thought it was great that our brother/brother in law was so successful and running for such a high office. Yup ... they asked us to remove campaign posters supporting our brother / brother in law from our yard.

screw them, I snow blow my neighbor to the east of me, her husband died 7 or 8 years ago. I snow blow her driveway and side walk. My neighbor to my west, although being a misguided liberal, is generally a wonderful neighbor. we cover for each other, like when a package is delivered by FedEx or UPS, we can call each other and if we are home, we will go get it and hold it for the other.
The Mooslims and Puerto Ricans across the street are lazy and will not shovel there drive until there cars are stuck at the end of the driveway. then they will spend a couple hours trying to dig the car out.
I do go around and dig out the fire hydrants on my street, even though it is right in front of the lazy shits house across the street

I WOULD NOT do a thing for lazy people, especially those that think everything should be free

I do my elderly neighbors driveways on both sides of me. The one couple, I think he's 80. She's well into her 70s but still works regularly. He has helped me out on countless occaisions. Their freeloading son who is in his 40s and still lives at home won't help. I don't clean out the area where he parks.

On the other side of me is a 90 y/o who lives by herself. Her kids and grandkids check on her regularly. I just do her driveway after I finish mine.

There are a couple of other neighbors I would help if they needed. The crazy animal rights lady across the street is on her own. She called animal control on me because my dog was outside for 15 minutes and was barking at someone walking down the street.

I would not. for two reasons.. he sounds lazy and would let his wife get stuck in the driveway and they never say thanks.

I help shovel my neighbors d-way. One of my neighbors is much older and a democrat, but he "never ever" talk to me about politics. They are very nice folks. very kind. His wife always bakes me cookies after I shovel their d-way. lol And they always buys Christmas gifts for my kids. I shovel their d-way on every snow storm.

Yeah I get nothing from them. I had a pine tree cut down on my property that was in between our yards. I saw her out one day and thought ah I should mention it to her just so she knows. I said I’m having that big pine tree between our yards cut down. She immediately gets defensive and said not the tree on my property. I said no it my tree but I worried about it interfering with our foundations and allowing squirrels on our roofs. She then proceeded to tell me she wanted the tree cut down that’s on her property anyway??!!
They are nice they are just the typical billboard for a millennial. Telling me how they hate guns and hunting is wrong. you guys convinced me. Screw them. They used to have there sump pump spill on my property. One rain storm the water on the side of my house was 3-4” deep. I was at work so my wife called the city. He made them change it immediately right there in front of him.

Not sure how long they've lived there, how many times wife got stuck, how old they are; but I think setting a good example is a valuable tool.

If it's an ongoing thing, I wouldn't assume he had great guidance growing up. Have a casual chat, see where things go. If you determine he just needs some guidance, go there. If he's ultimately a lazy sponge, move to civil but strange.
