The top US general for the Middle East said Tuesday that China has been providing financial support to Iran, contributing to what he described as Tehran’s “malign behavior” across the region.
“The challenge we have with Iran… 85 to 90 percent of their oil is purchased by China. So, China is effectively supporting and financing Iran’s malign behavior,” US Central Command chief Gen. Erik Kurilla said.
Kurilla pointed to massive amounts of funds still going to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force (IRGC-QF), which runs proxy networks outside of Iran.

China and other enemies are taking notes.... On everything that happens and thinking of how to leverage a new tactic or strategy to exploit a US vulnerability. Think it's a coincidence they own so much farmland and near military bases????
Think of what a semi organized and coordinated terror group could do setting up a coordinated drone strike within CONUS.
I definitely think the US is at risk of a drone pearl harbor or 9/11

I'm waiting for China to be like.....
Hmmm Europe is focused on Ukraine and Russia....
The US is now drawn into supporting Ukraine and Israel/Iran...
Welp, the timing might not be perfect, but we're never again in the near future going to have so many simultaneous distractions to make our move on Taiwan.
China has to be looking at this very closely.
And, on top of it, they are likely royally pissed off because 80% of Iranian oil is sold to China. So China already is experiencing economic slowdowns and problems, now compound that with reduced oil. This will economically impact China.
The more that comes out about AI is that it really will be viewed as a game changing weapon. Whoever controls AI will likely win WW3. All the more motivation for China to either seize the Taiwan chip plants or have them destroyed so the US can't use them.
I absolutely think China is having serious discussions about making their move in the very near future, both motivated by opportunity and necessity.

We are very exposed. Hopefully we don't find out the hard way but that is not the safe way to bet.

My friend the average person is ill prepared for this scenario .... For me the covid issue gave a good rundown on how things could play out... ...The lock downs .... Had a relative purchase toilet paper off of Amazon as he could find none in his city. Look to the start of the war in Ukraine ...80 year old women carrying plastic grocery bags with all their important belongings ... Walking to the Polish border ... 30-40 miles away... Cars ran out of gas and one had a 40 mile long parking lot ... I stocked up on a lot that my girlfriend still thinks I am crazy... Backpacks, sleeping bags,tarps, water filtration systems.... Still paying it off....
Point is.... If we have an attack on our soil ... What one has in their stash is what they will survive with... It will be the covid plan on steroids .... Think back to when they roped off gardening supplies but one could buy beer at the same store.... How far can we push the public ...
Point is folks .... The average person cannot prevent an attack ... EMP and the like. The only thing we can do is prepare for what could come after.

When it comes to the people of Israel, I would say that it's a matter of their very survival.
That's a good reason for Israel to have a say in what kind of weapons and weapons systems Iran has. IMO
Considering the crazy leadership in Iran and Iran's track record with terrorism. I think that they are, and should be, a special case when it comes to other countries having a say.
You know, the whole "Death to America" and "Death to Israel" thing.
Nobody wants to get nuked by Iran's crazy mullah regime.
Therefore, Israel is having its say about it.
