We never had anything to fear and it isn’t their main force because they cannot afford to leave homeland Undefended. Russian military is a joke and this is the punch line. They are effective at killing civilians and effective at being killed themselves.
As for who says it: everyone but Russia. USA estimated 4K dead fascists days ago. EU places dead fascists at a higher number. Thousands of dead fascists and their multipronged attack has been widely mocked as a farce.

I dont know what your trying to say here. You think they should bunch up? Have you ever seen an armored unit go on line? They spread out in a large V formation going into an attack . not parading down the street in columns. If forced to travel in a line because of restrictions they are at least 100 meters apart . When comming under fire , there are immediate action drills, on what to do. The point is these guys are not trained. and thats a leadership problem .

Yep.
They bottlenecked them in that small town for a nice KZ. They knew the Russians wanted to make good time advancing not traveling overland through the muddy fields and would take the town road. Why they would pile 20 vehicles in a 100m circle makes no sense at all. Shells start dropping and they just slammed on the brakes.
All of it is piss poor planning. Its like the russians don't have even the basic tools or skills necessary to succeed.
More saying because they are stupid. That's why they are all in a line.
I have zero military experience, but I know that is a bad idea. Convoy running out of gas? You think they would figure they needed to supply gas because without it their vehicles don't move. That's just basic common sense.
If I was the Ukrainians I'd be pummeling that line even if selectively. Target any vehicle bringing fuel before it unloads. Without gas tanks are just 40 ton steel rocks. There has to be a number of "command" vehicles. I'd bet those need things like extra communications so I'd look for vehicles with more antennas and take them out too. Maybe you'd even kill an "important" person inside it. Destroy logistics and interrupt comms.

Russia hasn't tried anything like this since the 80's, and even then Afghanistan was a far cry from Ukraine. None of their commanders have any real world experience in these conditions.
i.e. an invasion of against a well supplied unified enemy in a modern country with a determined populace.

This is a story repeated since the invasion began. I always knew their equipment was old and they couldn't compete with the west technologically, but beyond that they are actually bad warfighters; their strategy & tactical skills are terrible. I've seen some blame this on the culture of russian hierarchy: unquestioning in the extreme, and are not taught to think on their feet. This is why you see things like this. I wonder if some is also because whenever they run wargames with allies their allies are also crap, so they don't really know what excellence looks like.
So many convoys have been taken out. I saw one last week it was just 7 russian tankers on the side of the road all burned out. They send these things out in hostile territory without defense. And where are the infantry? Tanks need infantry support. Everybody has known this for a century. Where are they? Look at this pic of the tank traffic jam. This is great for defenders because if you miss the tank you're aiming for there's another right next to it to hit instead.

Because it's not their junk. This is Russia's military.
They are being humiliated. Every country outside their immediate friend group is widely and publicly mocking their competency. The "much weaker" Ukraine refuses to be conquered. Now over a week into this and Russia still can't take out the capital, but has lost thousands of troops. They are not projecting strength, but weakness. Putin desperately needs this over because his career, if not literally his life, is on the line here. He is not humiliating Russia in front of the entire world because he is holding back the "real" military while the international community closes them off. And as you point out even given shit equipment your tactics don't need to be shit, so why are they? It's because Russia is shit. That's what they are. They always have been, and now we all know.
Have you heard of Russia's T-14 tank? Bad ass next gen tank? They built it years ago. They don't even have a hundred of them. They literally cannot even afford to build them. They are just parade floats.
