Pretty sure we do. There's only one guy on this forum who claims that he would prefer Russia, and since he's still here, I don't think he really means it.

We aren't responsible for what they are. Only for what we are, and for what we tolerate from them.

Also, we really need to clean up our own house before we start looking into Russia's internal issues.

In front of the whole world , and told him to go fuck his mother .Putin said Unless he obtains written documents that Ukraine will not enter NATO he is being put into a position where he is forced to act. Instead of negociating a deal , The US told him to go fuck his mother again.

And you pat your government on the back like its some kind of achievement? These are not sports teams Right and wrong respect no flag .

In global geopolitics there is no right and wrong. Only winners and losers.

What do you think the notions of right and wrong would look like today if WWII had gone the other way ?


Also, Facism and Communism hate each other the way the Sunni's and the Shia hate each other. It's not because they are different. They are practically identical, and hate each other because the each claim to be the "one true path".

I agree with you, but credibility has political capital . If you say something , and keep your word, Your street cred jumps up . If you make rules and dont keep them , You can expect a lot less help from other countries .So when you sign a treaty banning the research of Bio weapons in your country then jump through a legal loophole saying it wasn't my country. Reguardless of what happens, other countries are not going to respect your word anymore. That hurts us politically. Like our leaders who tell us one thing and do the other, They lost the respect and credibility of the people.

putin has indicated he supports nationalizing some of them, which is predictable. He can force McDonald’s workers to turn on the lights but he can’t force airbus to ship parts in. Western capital will eschew Russia for years after this. Their economy is done for.

I bet if you did the same for Trump and Putin on half the left wing sites and they'd pick Putin too. Their irrational hatred of Trump is just that strong.

Today a rocket was fired on the city of Donetsk from Ukrainian Nationalist held positions. 20 civilians killed and 28 wounded including children. This is just a continuation of barbaric shelling without any military reason. Ukrainian government is killing what it claims its own people just in spite.
Just like all other such attacks before and after Feb 24th, this will be ignored by Western media.
