thats the problem. I’m not sure sig shipped 10-round mags to NYS. I was trying to figure that out after I bought my pistols but they were all out of stock. It seemed like they said it was restricted for my zip code though. I want too happy.

@dwa12479 im sure it may have not been nefarious, but it also comes to show you how easily businesses are swayed by our AGs bullshit tactics. I sure wish someone would file a lawsuit against the state. It's a bad sign when even a large company like MidwayUSA is willing to cave to unethical legal posturing and implement restrictions so blindly.
I did some testing, a 10 round Magpul 10/30 AR mag also gave me the same issue.
Although, there was no problem when I attempted to purchase a pistol grip, complete AR upper, and Magpul stock.
At the end of the day, they will only alienate the shoppers base of many 2A supporters who are behind enemy lines. At the rate this banana republic is headed more States could end up in the fold.

I was looking for some 38-55 brass a couple of weeks ago. One online retailer didn't have New York (or New Jersey or MA or CT ....and others) as choices when I went to check out. I emailed them and never got and answer. Another place wouldn't let me add it to my cart and when I asked, they said NY was using them and they weren't selling anything to residents of NY. THIS IS JUST BRASS! UNPRIMED!

This happened to me with Lone Wolf over ordering their "not a Glock" frame and they told me it was for Law Enforcement only in NY. I sent them an e-mail regarding their complicity in going above and beyond the gun-grabbers in enforcing gun control laws that don't even exist and asked the customer service rep to forward it to management. To their credit, they corrected the situation.
After a brief intro telling the customer service rep that I know it's not his fault or him who sets policy and asking him to forward the message to managment, the e-mail I sent went like this. If anyone wants to use it as a copy/paste template, feel free.
"Frankly, it's bad enough that we citizens in NY have to deal with the unreasonable gun control from our government. It's even worse when private companies take it into their own hands to impose further restrictions above and beyond the scope of the law. If your company's official policy is to not sell legal [whatever legal product they are asking you to jump through hoops for or denying you a sale] to New Yorkers, then I will not be buying any of your products in the future and will discourage other NYers and pro-gun individuals from doing so. I will inform gun owners, both in person and on several gun forums, that you don't want our business.
You should remember that anti-gun governments would love to see you put out of business. It's a bad policy to make their lives easier by adopting corporate policies that are even harsher than their laws require while making things more difficult for the people who keep you in business, your pro-gun customers."

It's the path of least resistance. It's much more cost effective to not sell to NYrs than pay lawyer fees fighting corrupt AGs in court.

The restriction for long guns is 5 rounds in the city, 10 for pistols, I was trying to get a P320 mag.
