Very useful. If you plan to deliberately go into dangerous areas, fully intending to be assaulted by multiple attackers at one time.
There's a word for that... Vigilante maybe? Or maybe he's just looking for the "justifiable multiple homicide" ruling. "Yeah, I was a white dude walking though a gangland stronghold at midnight, just minding my own business." Dindu' Nuffins' can't be limited to racial boundaries now can they??
If he gets his wish, I just hope they all stand still for him.
