It took that speech for her to pull her head out of her ass?
Better late than never I suppose. She's still a moron.
When he managed to rename the "make our kids sitting ducks" act into the "gun free school zones" act.i gave up on him back i think it was 1993 .. some brady bunch act ..
It doesn't help when more and more of those you would vote for instead of infringing Dems are themselves pushing for infringements. These voters are cheering on the bad policies with their votes.
I'm pleased you pointed out the importance of voting. Sadly, it is something I have seen some here bemoan as being pointless.Sasha Cohen's ( oops... Sasha Stone ) editorial touches on some legitimate problems. I read only a third of it. A problem is that this NY Post editorial will not be read by democrats, leftists, progressives, "fascists-in-waiting", or whatever they call themselves since they reject the NY Post.
The worry I have is that the polls I see show that at least 35% and maybe 50%+ of the voters will stand by the democrats during the November election, no matter what the democrat politicians do. These voters are cheering on the bad policies with their votes. Being part of a destructive group must be fun and satisfying for them. I guess they don't see the destruction for what it does and will do. Being a democrat, brand loyalty means everything to them. Facts mean nothing.
It is imperative that people who would vote for the Conservative and Republican candidates get out and vote.
If only the desire to vote was as compelling as the desire to breathe.I'm pleased you pointed out the importance of voting. Sadly, it is something I have seen some here bemoan as being pointless.
Although I understand why people feel apathetic, they play their own part in creating it when they withdraw; it self-perpetuates becoming ever more pervasive as less people actively participate.
THIS is what democrats are counting on, otherwise they would never have worked behind the scenes to push MAGA candidates in Republican primaries as Sasha's points out with this comment:
"Obviously, Joe Biden and his administration know that the “MAGA Republicans” are not a dangerous threat to the country. Otherwise, the Democrats would not have meddled in primary elections, spending upwards of $46 million pushing those very same MAGA candidates towards a win, blocking the more moderate GOP picks."
Although registered Democrats may outnumber Republicans (and that in itself can feel defeating), we tend to underestimate how independents may vote. One strong push to the polls and we can turn this around.
For those that like to say "Democrats, this is what you voted for..." ...well, so did ALL of you of who failed to vote.
