They're always talking about discrimination their never ending efforts to balance the playing field for minorities. I can't think of a more discriminating form of finance and commerce than creating a mandatory digital currency. What about the millions of American's and illegals they so willingly want to grant amnesty to, that cannot afford a computer? Nor have the knowledge of how digital currencies work? What are they to do to transact business?

Having knowledge and insight does not always mean one can be prepare for what may come.
However, as spoke about in an different thread, debt plays a roll in this. Try to stay ahead of, or out of debt.
Do not rely on the Banking institutions for all or the bulk of your financial transactions. I receive an amount of money through my VA Disability each month, I have to have a banking institution in order to receive that payment. No where in any rule or regulation is it stated that that money needs to be held in a bank.
Do not wait to purchase now what you may need in the future.
Purchase items now that may come into play later down the road. Items that cannot be traced. Precious metals as one example. There is no tracing your gold and or your silver.
I would be happy to just go hide out in the Mountains, raise chickens, goats and plant a really nice garden.

The president should have very limited power to create executive orders and unquestionable latitude to veto new laws. Instead the fashion now is the other way around.
The president should be responsible to make sure administration is properly done and with limited scope in policy.
New laws should require 90%-95% consensus to be passed forward and this way represent more accurately the incumbent and prevent extremes and abuses like two wolves and a sheep deciding whats for dinner.
Judges should have zero political affiliations and be reviewed by independent codes of conduct and ethics commissions. we do that with doctors.
Anyone in office criticizing a SCOUTS decision should be terminated by law.

There is currently a significant section of the population that does not use banks. In business terms they are referred to as the "under-banked" or the "non-banking" group. These are people who strictly use cash or they are people whose employer issues them a debit card and adds money to the card each pay period. This rule will only increase the number of people that use cash only in the underground economy.

Other than there is the option still to use cash, most of us already are using central digital currency every day, many almost exclusively. On payday our bank accounts magically increase, and reoccurring debts come out of our account the same way. People walk around with pay for whatever by inserting a card leaving a digital footprint of everywhere you have been and to an extent what they were doing.
