Well to be fair, there is no constitutional right to sell drugs or use counterfeit money. So I can’t argue that. But the gun charge...No.

Well, they had to ammend the constitution to ban alcohol.

They kind of skipped that step for the drugs.

The counterfeit cash is the only legitimate charge here.

Using a gun in a manner for which it was not intended

The only "intended" use of a gun is to accelerate a piece of lead from zero to something greater than 900 ft/sec in a very short time/space.
What you are talking about is the intentions of the person behind the trigger, which really has nothing to do with the gun. The gun is just a tool to further the owner's intention.

I 100% blame the shooter. Criminal charges should be based on the actions of the person. One of their actions is selecting a tool to use in the commission of a crime. It's not blaming the tool to elevate the charges, its putting the responsibility on the actions of the person.
