Hey guys, so my buddy just bought an “other” by the company freedom ordinance I believe. It has all the “evil features”, and removable mag. So when he sent me the pic of it I couldn’t figure out what made it legal. Then I saw it, it is a 16” barrel, and has a brace rather than a stock. The company said it’s a tier 1 firearm and considered an “other”. Reason is because it is longer than a pistol but shorter than your regular rifles. My question is, can we build these or do we have to purchase them configured already? I’ve wanted a 9mm AR for a long time, and this would prevent top loading glock mags. Would love any input. I’n a nutshell, an LEO can charge you for having an Assault Weapon Pistol and you would have to try to prove that it isn’t at a cost of money, time, and freedom.

sorry to start a new thread do soon. Idk how many of you seen the “other” rifles popping up in NY gun shops. About 5 around me have them. Locked pistol brace. 12.5 inch upper. Foregrip. Comes with paperwork on how it's considered a an “other” firearm. Not classified like the mossberg...
