Midsouth Shooters Supply was offering free hazmat and seemed to have quite a few powders and primers in stock...prices are coming down, but are still stupid high...$60. a pound for powder and $100. a brick for Primers seems to be the norm....I remember bitching about $35. powder and $30 primers, but now I'd take all I could get for those prices.

We've got the elections in a few months........that will start the next panic.
Shortages, artificial or not drive prices higher, throttling returning stock keeps those prices high and people that have done without or paid premiums "restock" so they don't get caught again...right now, I think those who can afford to buy are trying to build their own reserves and/or get back to the level they were three to four years ago.
If the Country as a whole said
fuck you, we're not buying anything for a month, you'd see some drastic changes to the economy and markets, but we won't, we're narcissistic consumers devouring all in sight.
