Are there any shops in upstate NY that offer TiN coating? I have a few small parts I'd lie to have coated.

If you cannot find anyone on that list willing to do gun parts, I'd recommend sending them out of state to someone who specialized in coating firearms.
Also keep in mind that list is of industrial services, they may refuse services because of too small an order or the lack of a business account.
