Exactly what I say as I argue this with the Elmer's at my Trap range and some of my moron friends, its a POLL TAX. Imagine a fee for any other constitutional right.10 years from now how much of a fee will be charged to purchase a gun ? ... Folks the modern day poll tax ...
In ten years we may have lost everything. Ranges shutting down, FFLs out of business, and possibly confiscations. Things will only get worse in NYS. Maybe AOC will be the governor and we will really be screwed.10 years from now how much of a fee will be charged to purchase a gun ? ... Folks the modern day poll tax ...
Buying 9mm by a non-pistol permit holder to an inter city address in a bad neighborhood that also is the address of one or more felons, that will get you noticed.I was thinking something similar. How denials does one get before they’re red flagged ?
More than a fair amount of the confiscated pistol publicity articles I see its a yard sale of mismatched cartridges in the weapon. I do not think its common practice for gangbangers to buy ammo from legitimate sources.Buying 9mm by a non-pistol permit holder to an inter city address in a bad neighborhood that also is the address of one or more felons, that will get you noticed.
You might want to inform comrade Kathy of this new information.More than a fair amount of the confiscated pistol publicity articles I see its a yard sale of mismatched cartridges in the weapon. I do not think its common practice for gangbangers to buy ammo from legitimate sources.
While they can buy them from legit sources, they usually get it from the same source they got the gun from — illegally . It doesn’t affect them at all.More than a fair amount of the confiscated pistol publicity articles I see its a yard sale of mismatched cartridges in the weapon. If anything, I think they'll double down and try to make it worse because NYS.gov doesn't seem to acknowledge their failures and reverse course. Santa Claus himself could appear in front of Hochul to explain how wrong she is on guns, all while taking a massive candy cain shit on her desk as physical proof of his being there and it would change nothing.I could see the state just letting everything through regardless of the status of the buyer just to let the criticism die down.
Not that I plan on buying ammo in this state but if I do I will use my US passport. Can't wait to be denied...I'm going to try to buy some ammo in NY next week, with my TN CCP being the only ID I'm willing to provide. A denial or delay will probably trigger a lawsuit.
I'm going to buy a new handgun in TN the day before, just to reinforce how stupid the new system is, *should* I get delayed/denied.Not that I plan on buying ammo in this state but if I do I will use my US passport. Can't wait to be denied...
