What??!!! Where does it say you cannot try to buy ammo again? I haven't heard that anywhere else. Where TF did he get that from?

back when NYS put a 30 day wait over the 3day delay .. then your nic runs out on day 30 .. and you have to start all over .



now NYS is all in charge .. they can do anything

I thought that was for a gun purchase, not ammo. And how does that stop you from trying to buy another gun from a different store that you might come across and want to purchase?


What would be the charge if you try to buy ammo again within the 30 day window? Sounds like a surefire lawsuit, among the many others.

And what if I need 200 rounds of 9mm to break in a new gun, but the first store only has two boxes of the ammo I want and I get delayed or denied, so I go to another store for more boxes and buy them? What are they going to charge me with, when I am not a prohibited person regardless of what their denial or delay says? LOL!

If you are in that system as say delayed. or denied ... One will be denied if you try to buy any ammo anywhere in the state. .. Think of it as trying to buy a restricted drug. .... One pharmacy denies that purchase all others will also. ... according to the law. ... Now there is no escaping this process... Unless one goes out of state... I can see a tax stamp on ammo... just like tobacco ... No stamp you could be arrested .... Make it a felony with the wave of a hand ... Good by all your guns . .. How many would risk that . I see this in our future folks .

Ok, so what happens after you try to buy ammo again after a deny or delay? Will they send the Gestapo after you?

Either way, sure sounds like a right denied.

driving to a FFL is a Right Denied ...

spending 5 mins filling out a background check form is a Right Denied

We should be able to order a gun and /or ammo and have it shipped to our house door

from the sears and roebucks catalog

with no Govt interference
