TOM KING Sells Out NYSRPA Members... AGAIN!

Let me break it down for everyone using what we know from last year and this year documents.
King is making nearly $100,000 for delivering nothing of value and a part time job;
King's salary and poor management has put NYSRPA into a $55,000 a year loss for 2016;
King has hired a company his daughter helps run to print Bullet magazine which costs NYSRPA about $100,000 a year on NO SECRET BID contract instead of using an ethical and proper sealed bid procedure for getting printers;
King has installed his cronies and friends on the board including a very shady dude with criminal record while forcing out those who disagree with him (e.g. Reiper, DeBargalis);
King has loaned his criminal board member friend nearly $12,000 in member money that this guy's gun store owed NYSRPA for advertising;
King is pushing for approval of another insider deal with another board member (who helped set his outrageous salary on a secret basis) that says she will get paid about $42,000 if NYSRPA cancels the contract, and if not makes $275 an hour;
King has withheld financial statements from members against the law until he was forced to comply;
Should I go on?
Conclusion: It is King who is deserving of NYSRPA members' contempt.

I has a conversation with him on A400.03 on the UNSAFE AMMO ban. He totally believes in it and that all mail order or phone or internet sales are banned.
He quotes to me that all sales are to be face to face.
He leaves out rest of the sentence from the law, "for the purpose of conducting a back ground check". There is and are no background checks as non-certified at this time.
But then again, so does SCOPE and the NRA and the NYSAG, NYSP Superintendent and other non-readers. Education systems fails them.
A400.03 for UNSQAFE clearly states, ammo sellers required to do face to face sales, 30 days after the NYSP Superintendent declares an operation background check system (we do not have one yet). So until this happens, nothing changes on ammo sales. All parties lying or cannot read and comprehend.

I terminated membership in all organizations for their simple non-understanding so simple English and reusing to support our rights on this.

It also only applies to ammo sellers that they have jurisdiction over. That's like saying that in order for a store in NY to sell ammo it has to have displayed a certain sized sign and then mandate a store in PA to have that same sign on their store before shipping it here.

NYSRPA promotes shooting sports LOL .. where are all the 3 gun matches in NY ?? where are all the IPSC shoots ...

They promote traditional shooting disciplines. I am not into action shooting, but IPSC and 3-gun matches are also held in NY. I have several National titles in rifle shooting, but when it comes to pistol, I am in the same boat as you.
You know I get pissed every yr. at renewal time, but do it anyways.
