Took the daughter shooting today.

The smile says it all! She has a year and a half to get her permit. She loves the ar platform, then moved to pistols. Started with the .22 single six, then she was anxious to move up to the 9mm's. Handled the p229, and American Compact no problems. She's only 5' 100 lbs, then asked to shoot the Ruger lc9s. I thought that might be a bit snappy for her, but she absolutely loves that gun. (It does have a great trigger). She was consistently hitting X's with that gun at 5 yards. It was a great day!

It sounds like you two had a riot. It’s just as much fun shooting with your daughter as it would be with a son. Both my daughters shoot and love it! Both are pretty damned good shots too.

i like spending others $$ lol .. my good friends wife has this .. i love shooting it SHHHHH!!!..

only issue is grrrr loading the mag .. that spring is tuff on the fingers n thumb ..

Very nice! Sadly, when I took my daughter shooting, she didn’t have the bug. Mind you, she’s 9, but she’s never asked to go again. Ah well. I’ll try again next month when my Pa and I exercise our handguns, and I’ll bring my .22 Llama Comanche for her.
