Town of Ulster man charged with firing rifle during physical altercation

TOWN OF ULSTER – Police charged a Kingston man with felony attempted assault after he allegedly fired a round from a rifle during a fight with another man at a residence on Wrentham Street in the Town of Ulster. Neither man was struck by the round.

Following investigation by Ulster Town Police, Spencer Wilson, 46, was arrested and sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.
