Yup, because fluorescent green supersoakers are easily confused with real guns.

And for what it's worth I had a toy rifle, toy six shooters, and I even believe a rather realistic toy machine gun when I was younger. None of them turned me into a psycho killer.

Then again I am self identifying ammosexual gun nut so perhaps this is for the best...or for the children...or whatever.

The exchanged toys were donated to Shafiroff by the Toys for Tots program, the Hempstead Heights Civic Association and the Hempstead Police Benevolent Association.

I thought Toys for Tots were collected to help the underprivileged, not for political grandstanding.
