Tasers are so why wouldn’t fake guns be protected? It just says the right to keep and bear arms. It’s not a good lawsuit to spend money on but I think it would hold up on court.

Because tasers are weapons (i.e. arms) toys aren't.

You would have to argue that they weren't just kids toys, but training gear, then you might have a case.
