Sometimes when I see these kinds of things and a perp is listed as being from a local area, or one I know people in at least, I take the names to facebook to see if I can find them or especially to see if I have any 'mutual friends' with them. Simply for my own amusement.
In this one I noticed, "Marshall R. Tucker, 38, of Saugerties, NY". Now, I used to live in Saugerties for a bit, years ago, and though younger than me I do certainly know people of that age group there. (Some of which I would not be hugely surprised if they associated with this guy)
Anyway, didn't find any mutual friends, but I did find 3 facebooks with that name listed as being from Catskill, and that's not too unusual for someone who they might say is from Saugerties (or vice-versa) because those two areas share some weird borders. Looked like 2 out of those 3 accounts were the same person with dual accounts. One more fleshed out and one with only 3 publicly visible posts.
2 of those only 3 posts weren't really posts, just a profile picture and backround picture added. The only real 'post' made was this..
Going back to the other profile of this same guy, couldn't help notice his pride in this lovely ink on his chest .. of two very badly drawn Tec-22s.. probably... maybe ?
Yeah .. I'd bet this is your guy ..lol. So much for no more parole I guess.
(EDIT: Oh, it all makes sense now. I looked again and it says he's originally from Florida)

Henry rifle and Dan Wesson are not illegal, they're sold commercially, lol...
Illegal as to their location (passenger compartment) and loaded, and determination to be stolen! Hahaha... Sounds like they were looking for this guy (warrant) and got a hit on plate reader? An assumption of course as the notice mentions a V&T stop for multiple infractions.
I wonder... Does the owner get his guns (property) back, do they (guns) stay as evidence until completion of court proceedings, or are they seized and sold at auction or destroyed?...

For the real owners sake I hope his county judge(if he resides in NY) at least makes an attempt to agree with the Second. Otherwise with all this liberal crap going on the owner might have his permit suspended or revoked just because someone decided to commit a crime and steal something from him. They want to take our guns away so badly they'll use any excuse they can to get them.
