Well then, someone needs to act neighborly and offer them some drinks and something to eat.

Finally set the time and date on the camera. This one is a lot more user friendly than the old one.

Getting a lot more deer at this spot than last year. Plenty of yearling bucks.

A little morning dew on the lens but even still, this is a pretty impressive young fella for around here. I actually hope he makes it through a couple seasons so that head gear has a chance to grow and thicken up some, but I doubt that will happen.

All of a sudden the deer are back in numbers!!!!! lots of does and spikes and a few like this guy.


Iv'e got a handful of pics like this, it would be nice if folks held off a couple years and let them develop. Heck, there are more than enough meat deer out there.

Hunter finds lost GoPro camera with footage taken by bear

A hunter found a GoPro camera that someone had lost months ago. He couldn’t believe what was on it.

I remember about 18 yrs ago watching a moose swim from VT into Crown Point. I didn’t think they could swim that far ‍

There was a moose on the other side of town the morning before we got that picture. Since we don't have a head shot we can't tell if it's the same one. I'm hoping it's not.
