*Thinning my bayo collection, so this one's next ..New-In-Wrap M9 Bayo & scabbard. The big dog of modern Bayonets. Fits any AR/M16/A4 or Mossberg 590 (***With Bayo lug***). M9 bayo's were introduced in 1987, and are a monumental upgrade from the earlier dinky M7 bayonet from the Vietnam era. These M9's are similar to a Russian AK bayo, with wire cutter and saw teeth. This Bayonet and scabbard have never been issued or used. Actually want to keep it in the original melt-sealed bag, so couldn't photograph the actual bayo. Pics are from an identical Tri-Technologies M9 from the internet. You get to open the bag.
Genuine USA-made...Tri-Technologies , located in Mt. Vernon, NY was the most recent contract for U.S. Army bayonets around 2015 with approx. 40,000 bayonets manufactured. These are the only bayonets of this style with the contract CAGE number on it instead of the company name. Very collectible and would make a great survival knife.
