Not a semi auto so a pinned mag isn’t necessary

Depick is correct. Pump action = not an assault weapon by nysafe defintion

Thanks for the reply. Forgive my ignorance I didn’t realize it was a pump action. I was looking for something along those lines that is semi auto. Very nice looking piece it should sell quickly
