None can set up their own interpretation of the Constitution, except sovereign citizens who try.

The fact is that the Constitution was AMENDED shows the founders wisdom. Slavery was strongly opposed when the Constitution was first ratified...took a few more decades to fix, more or less.
Jim Crow was never a Federal law............south purely.
The 2nd has never been amended............

Perhaps they should buy them from the Cartels instead of Drugs, they seem to have better stuff than the Cops, and if you tell them you're going to use them against America they'll call it a win-win.

Cartels WERE sending Citizens to Gun Shop across the Southern States to make large purchases of heavy firepower: The Dealers (FFL's) contacted ATF and told them to proceed with the sales as they were tracking the Guns into Mexico. (see Operation "Fast and Furious") At least now, there are Flags and Protocols for those same Dealers along the five Border States to report suspicious activity.

Japanese internment was not legal, not in any way shape or form.
If it was legal to imprison people just because their grandfather was from a country we happen to be at war with, then it would be legal to just round up all the white people and lock them in camps because "social justice" too.
