I am no attorney but VanDerStok should be a slam dunk. At the founding of the country people were importing musket locks and building the rest of the firearm in-country. Is that not a modern analogue for 80% receivers?

Now that CHEVRON D is gone, you`re right, it SHOULD BE a slam dunk. But the way these robe`d folks almost never vote 9-0, i don`t trust them. They ALSO, keep leaving a crack in the door of EVERY PHUCKING DECISION, which ALLOWS, the continuance of the bullsh!t. Lets not fix a god damn thing, lets just keep them in the job longer to milk the phuck out of the taxpayers dollar.

A "totally" corrupt fUSA government, at every level of government, essentially places SCROTUM in that mix.

I only trust one (1) SCROTUM justice - Clarence Thomas.

In fact I'd have to say - he's the only person in any fUSA government anywhere, at any level at all, that I trust.
