The one thing Trump should do and should have done months ago is get rid of the whack job, McCain butt buddy, darling of the left wing press, head of the NSC McMaster!!!!! I think I was in my mid 20's or so when Gauntlet came out. When I would come home to USA to visit my family on leave from the Chair Force; we would go to Arnie's Place in Westport CT and play that stupid game until our fingers bled. Literally. Man - best memories! Gauntlet was a game changer. I think it's the first game with unlimited levels and 4 players working together to work through the levels. It's probably the forefather of today's MMO's.
World of Warcraft is addictive. I play with my 5 children and we call it War-crack. It sucks you in and steals your time.

State Law can be more restrictive than Federal Law, but not more lenient. In the absence of Federal Law, states can basically do as they please pending court review.
During the Federal AWB from '94 - '04, states could have further restricted the number of banned features or added their own. But they couldn't have passed laws allowing more features or eliminating certain ones from consideration than the Federal law. Once the law sunsetted, states are now free to allow or disallow as they wish. (Again, pending court review. We all know how the 2nd Circuit rules...)

5 "conservative" justices, and somehow they refused to hear EVERYTHING related to Heller or McDonald.
Remember this truth the next time some clown starts talking about how much a friend Scalia was to the 2nd Amendment.
Gorsuch and Thomas are the ONLY justices on that court you can consider 2nd Amendment friendly.

If Kennedy and Bader retire (or die from being a thousand years old) and #NotMyCheetoh gives us 2 more great justices like Gorsuch; can the lawyers go back to SCOTUS and ask to hear it again? Or is the deal that once SCOTUS doesn't listen to something you aren't allowed to ask them again? You might want to tone down some of your Trump gibberish if you truly care for 2nd Amendment protections, he's the ONLY thing standing between another liberal lesbian justice deciding your firearms are illegal and require confiscating. Perhaps when he appoints another 2-3 genuinely friendly 2nd Amendment justices (a very likely chance given Kennedy is going to retire, and Ginsberg's frailty) maybe then you'll start appreciating the current president. Appointing Gorsuch gives him tremendous credibility with anyone who cares for individual rights. Do some reading on Merrick Garland, and you'll quickly understand how much you should be THANKING Trump for Gorsuch.

My life is about a few things; as I am older and family is my #1 concern.
1) Is this POTUS able to protect my children? Answer: fuck no. He is transphobic and homophobic, and my LGBT child is at risk with this Cheeto around.
2) Is this POTUS making a viable economy for my children to work in? I'm not sure. He hasn't done anything profound so far with stuff like education debt.
3) Will this POTUS fix healthcare? He's kind of wimpy - not forcing Congress to do something; and the partisan bullshit means no change is imminent.
4) Will this POTUS protect the social security we have paid into for the past 35 years? Not sure. But increased national debt spells bad times for SS.
5) Will this POTUS protect us from foreign invaders? Not sure. Iran and North Korea are shooting off all kinds of shit and this guy has done jack shit so far.
6) Will this POTUS protect the Bill of Rights? Maybe. Maybe not. He is attacking Trans people, and now the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Intentions unknown.
7) Will this POTUS fix our spiraling debt? So far he wants to add to it; and he has a long history of bankruptcies in his adult dealings. So who knows?
8) Will this POTUS help corporations so the stock market remains healthy? Maybe. So far he seems interested in jobs coming to USA and lower corporate taxes.
9) Will this POTUS deal with immigration? Maybe. When the wall goes up though, farming is going to have issues filling migrant jobs. His wall isn't thought out.

Scalia was a friend to the 2A, but was smart enough to know when to choose his battles. Some cases he wanted to hear and was on the dissent side when they weren't granted cert (Highland Park, Jackson V San Francisco). I recall others that may have gone either way (never could trust Roberts or Kennedy), better to punt and remain in the game than force a bad position and get whacked. And he wrote the court opinions on Heller and MacDonald.
I'm just curious where you come to the conclusion that Scalia wasn't 2A friendly.

If I was a bisexual and loved women but occasionally liked men too, I wouldn't want to be lumped in with transexuals. If I was a happily married beautiful woman who liked to bring in other women to my bedroom so my husband and I could share her, I wouldn't want to be lumped in with a transexual. If I was a beautiful woman that liked other beautiful woman, the same would apply. If I was a Plain Jane woman with a short haircut that wore wranglers and a flannel shirt that liked other women, the same would apply again.
All of the above are normal people who don't make a scene and go about their lives without bothering anyone just the same as straight people. They work for a living. They go to the proper bathroom when they need to.
Why they would want to be lumped in with someone who clearly has mental issues is beyond me. The transsexual actually brings them down and is using them.

Social Security is doing okay. The ONLY way to fix it is to stop payments to those who never paid into it. That will never happen because of the Liberals in the US.
The debt issue is an issue bigger than one man. Again, Congress id failing us on this issue.
He is working on a tax plan to brings companies and jibs back home to the US. Give him a bit of time, he will indeed make that happen.
Immigration is being worked on, very hard I might add. There have been some really good advancements made in a short time.
