This should not even be needed. If Obama signed a piece of paper to create DACA Trump should be able to rio up or sign another piece of paper and undo it. This country has gone to shit.

Judicial Advocacy or in this case Judicial Activism is a problem...
They should have simply ruled on the legality of the administration decertification if the program! I believe our Constitution lays out the scope of the 3 branches of Gov't! So a simple yes/no, would do! Here, they provided a maybe... Like WTF!
Media seized upon it to call Trump's efforts "illegal" when it's not.
So, smartly, they didn't rule it either way, only sending it back saying it lacked definition for them to be able to clearly understand what the Executive, errr, Gov't intent was?!?!
Funny thing is this is all escalated at all because the Republicans wasted those first 2 years when and if they would have just "legislated" an end to the Dream Act!
I do agree as well, that this in itself establishes a dangerous precedent that previous administration executive directives and orders can hand-tie those who follow... Not a good thing...

Executive orders are done on a whim, like taking an afternoon nap, logistically speaking, and their undoing should be equally easy. If you want something, run it through congress.
This if course is how govt works... Lol, as we know! But Barack Hussein Obama took the EO's to a different level, using it not to influence policy and nudge administration efforts, he used it for Executive Progressive Activism with the intent of bypassing Congress! For the SCOTUS to allow it to stand, without the following Executive providing justification or notification to those previously affected is a bit of a stretch! We are all in agreement...
