I don't have any phobias to speak of, but an EMP attack comes close, especially after reading the 'One Second After' series of books... I'd almost be willing to bet we'd see it used offensively within my lifetime - maybe not on a nation-wide scale, but localized. Even naturally-occurring (solar flares - Coronal Mass Ejection) is likely. I think we just missed being hit by a major CME a few weeks ago.

I'm so glad to see President trump taking this seriously.

If you remember back in the campaign trail he even brought up EMP risk a couple times. In glad he is following through on yet again another promise.
