If I'm not mistaken those NG troops that tested positive now have to be kept on active duty until they get over it. I know active duty can not be released from active duty status until healthy or healed.

National Guard Plans to Ask Thousands of Troops to Remain in DC Until Mid-March
Guard officials said that approximately 7,000 troops would likely remain in D.C. through the end of January.
If troops are being kept their until march then they know something is up, or are about to do something they know is going to cause a shit storm.
