Seems the only way Trump gets off is if just one juror engages in Jury Nullification. Basically he will decide that the evidence against Trump is irrelevant, all that matters to him is Trump is the victim of a "political persecution". Its a dangerous tactic used by racists in the Deep South to set free racist murderers, but its still a tactic that could be used.

The last caller to my show yesterday turned out to be the best...and the dumbest.
His name was Jim and he called in to complain about TRUMP's handling of Top Secret documents at Mar-a-lago.
Well, technically he was calling in to complain about ME and my comments about TRUMP's handling of Top Secret documents at Mar-a-lago. I'll paraphrase...
JIM: The problem with you right-wing radio hosts is that you neglect to mention that Joe Biden and Mike Pence invited the FBI and DOJ to come and get the documents and Donald Trump didn't, he obstructed justice.
ME: Well, the big difference is that Joe Biden and Mike Pence had absolutely no authority as VEEPs to declassify documents. Donald Trump, as president, could have declassified documents anywhere anytime. It's pretty simple if you have common sense.
Jim did not. But he persisted...
JIM: There is a procedure when it comes to declassifying documents. He can't just blink his eyes and say "Boom. These are declassified."
ME: What is the procedure?
JIM: I don't know. I don't know the EXACT procedure.
ME: So the procedure could be that he blinks his eyes and BOOM they are declassified?
JIM: Now you're just doing what the right always does.
Yep, and Jim was just doing what the left always does. They just say dumb things that aren't true and expect everyone to believe them. They make up lies like, "Trump is colluding with Russia," or "Trump incited an Insurrection" and if they repeat it often enough, or get the right people to report it report on it, then it must be true.
But it doesn't take a genius to realize that Joe Biden is the guilty party. He's the one who was influenced by foreign investors and committed treason against his country. He is the one who abused his office, his power, his relationships. He is the one who took top secret documents that he had no authority to declassify and haphazardly left them in his garage next to his Corvette.
And the left, and the media, and folks like Jim, keep covering for him with their lies and fibs, and fairy tales.
Donald Trump will be arraigned today (again) for crimes that he didn't commit (again.) And Joe Biden, who is actually guilty of more crimes than we can count, is walking free around the White House.
We can't let people forget who the real criminal is. That's why I troll Joe Biden every chance I get. That's why I try to share all the info and evidence of his dirty deeds and illegal acts on a daily basis. That's why I urge my friends in Congress to take him out! IMPEACH him already, for the good of the country!

I too thought it was possible. But I hate seeing passion driven good intentions get in the way of truth.
