The SWAMP needs to be spread out - DECENTRALIZED.
There is no better way than THIS to assure DC does not continue its Stranglehold on Democracy.
EVERY god-dammed department should be moved.
THAT MAY BE THE SINGLE THING THE FOUNDING FOUNDERS NEGLECTED-
It should have been required that no more than, let's say, 10% of the Federal Bureaucracy can be located within any single State (or district).
