My lawyer explained to me why having my "beware of dog" signs displayed was a very bad idea.
It's about liability, It shows that you are/were aware of the danger presented if anything bad was to happen and someone tries to sue you. Those are my terms, the way my lawyer put it it made more sense.
It might be something you want to research for yourself... Just sayin' ...

My immediate neighbor has found a new love. I like cameras but he now has four external ones, with an almost 360 degree coverage. One points at our front yard and he said he calls it "Blimey's front yard" (not my real name) and "Blimey's back yard". It was at this point I confessed I plan on buying a zoom camera that grabs the plate of every single car that goes down our combined driveway hehe

Makes sense, though I wonder in practice what precedent there is for that securing a conviction. They are common and people know they are intended to dissuade. The guy, my friend, that lives next door to the liberal family that I just posted about. Has one of his CCTV cameras
pointed at the liberal's driveway. They all always hang out in their driveway in the summer. The camera is hidden and they don't know that it is there recording them. So I actually get to watch the recordings of there weirdness.

Let me just say. My friend wanted to pursue a nuisance violation on them as they are nothing but loud assholes 24/7...
A sheriff's deputy suggested to him to point one of his security cameras with audio at their property because he is going to need proof to present to the judge. It's not like my friend is an inconsiderate person. But he has to do what he has to do... They forced his hand by being terrible neighbors.

Sometimes that kind of confusion happens on forums so I'm just sayin'

If Trump could make the threat seem real enough to the Biden campaign , it might just take their campaign resources away from swing states.It would be funny if the Biden campaign sank a bunch of extra money into a state they already had won in response to what Trump says in an interview.

Never post a "beware of dog" sign on your property. This implies that you are aware you own a dog that poses a potential risk to the public and is detrimental in a lawsuit. A better sign would say "guard dog on duty" and be paired with a no trespasssing sign as well.

It's just plain common sense that mail in opens up the possibility to meddling. If you had the winning PowerBall ticket would you mail it in and hope you got your money, or would you drive to the lottery office with the ticket? The answer is obvious.

There is no shortage of examples of voter fraud. The less control there is over the process, the more people will take advantage of it.
Some of these are more reliable than others, but there are lots and lots more.

I'm relaying this occurrence because some believe that walkin polls being abandoned for mail-in voting should have no effect on vote counting fraud.
My father passed away in August '18.
My mother passed away this past January 2nd '20 (just before any mention of Covid).
In May the government sent out the economic stimulus checks. Both of my parents received their respective $1,200. My mother stopped receiving her Social Security check upon her death, but since she passed on in January I'll give record keeping a pass. Although, they did know about it and she wasn't receiving her SS check so they really should not have issued a stimulus check.
My father passed away more than a year and a half before any of this scamdemic transpired. There is no reason whatsoever he should have received a stimulus check.
If the GAO couldn't get the issuance of my parents stimulus check right why would I think for a moment they would send mail in ballots only to living, USA citizens? I'm guessing my parents will receive ballots if the election voting is relegated to mail in voting exclusively.

Heard that before not sure where I stand on it. Understand the argument but the mere fact that you put up a sign would just be one of many things that might go against you. Sure a good lawyer will say look ladies and gentlemen he posted this sign because Killer was obviously deadly and not to be trusted. Yet a good lawyer on your side would certainly counter it was just a sign for deterrence look at all these pictures with Fluffy and the kids at xMas time such a loving dog! I think other factors would be more damning such as prior police reports or law suits because the dog actually bit somebody in past. On the other hand if dog was actually known to be dangerous putting a sign to warn others could actually work in your favor. Too many variables to consider I'd put up the sign if it made you feel better. Same arguments can be made for using LE Only ammo in your everyday carry or "GASP" modifying the trigger for better control and reliability. A good lawyer would use all this and more against you if it came to a lawsuit. Live your life and deal with lawsuit if it ever comes to it.

There is no doubt in my mind that there will be a huge spike in Sept Oct, causing polls in swing states, red states, to be closed , or something similar.

Nys will not go to Trump. I do see a lot more Trump signs. I’ve only seen 3-4 Biden signs but 75-100 Trump signs.

Speaking only for me, I am no where near the center. Someday, maybe I will really open up my true thoughts on life.
As for these labels, I am not sure if anyone really knows what these terms and words mean any longer.
I am a registered Republican, because I have always registered that way.
I watched a guy, that made a video. It was an experiment that he and his group tried out. I will try to find the video and post it here.
Anyway, he created an envelope that was idnetical to the mail in ballots. Did the correct weight and the correct postage. He mailed hundreds of these parcels. Waited five days and checked his PO box. Nothing. He asked a clerk, see goes into the backroom and low and behold found a stack. After like a month, he had received less than 50% of what he mailed out. Not sure how scientific that was, but it added to my doubt.
