My town doesn't put flouride in the water thank goodness. Why do they recommend it? Wish I had a sensible answer. My kids have a diet that involves very little sugar, they brush, floss and we keep on top of the cleanings. Guess what? No cavities ever at 16 and 19. Also, no braces. I'm so weird lol.

And no choice: have had all sorts of vaccines in the Navy. A. B. Jev. Anthrax. Smallpox etc etc. and I'm normal. Everything being relative. Flu shot every year. Never the flu.

Next year I will be retired from the Navy. Time will tell what choice I make then.

My six year old boy has had all recommended vaccines. No issues (yet?)
