He's not building it in 2-3 months. A platform built in 2-3 months is likely going to garbage, and if not garbage up front it will likely be FULL of security flaws from a lack of hardening.

I worked at an incubator startup, or advised for them at least, and it took about 6 months to launch a POC (Proof of Concept) skeleton of the platform. That's with honestly not much hardening, but enough to be passable. Even then it felt barebones, not something that would be able to take on a social media giant.

Granted, our budget was much smaller / staffing much smaller, but we also had far less a magnitude to deal with.

@SomeSoldier will back me up that the timeline Trump is talking about sounds reckless at best. Even if it launches, I wouldn't be anything you don't want immediately stolen into it.
