But he hasn’t actually vetoed the ‘stimulus’ bill. He has just made the statement that he won’t sign it if it reaches his desk. And it hasn’t actually reached his desk yet.

What he DID affirmatively veto is the NDAA. That was a separate spending bill.

Misleading headline is misleading.
