Unlike President Trump, I will accept an alcoholic beverage under social pressure.

On his election nite I purchased three or four bottles of some very strong CZECH ALE.

I totally passed out (surprisingly rare event). I feared disaster, and could not watch it happen.

About 3AM the missus shook me fromme me berth - TRUMP WON !!!

I ransacked my footlocker, dragged a fireworks cake out to the street, and OFF IT WENT !! (damn the law)

Tonite was cake-worthy, but my poor neighbors can only take so much "CaseHardened" BS, so I inflict only the willing and able this morning.

I just saw something actually says the OPPOSITE of the claim.
(3) Balderson (R) got 40% of the 2016 turnout.

O’Connor (D) got 87% of the 2016 Turnout.
(4) And the Democrats STILL LOST.

This is a different way of looking at the same numbers.
(5) In a 2018 special election, the Republican got 100,052 votes.

In the 2016 general election, the Democrat got 112,638 votes.
(6) Trump got almost as many Republicans to vote in a SPECIAL ELECTION as Democrats voted in a GENERAL ELECTION.

That's the power of Trump.
(7) I know that people mong fear in order to make you read their Websites, but as always, they're making you afraid for no reason.

Most people are still stuck in the pre-Trump era.
(8) All you need is enough people to win.

Very close, though. I guess much of ohio doesn't like the 4.5% unemployment rate they have right now or the fact we haven't gone off to war recently.

CNN was salivating at the early returns that had him down. I LOVE IT when they get their black hearts busted. AOL has it too early to call with 8000 absentee votes to go. I see AOL on my computer(news) and it's as bad as CNN

I live in the 12th district in Ohio and voted yesterday. I can tell you that this was an interesting election. The Democrats spent huge money on TV and other ads attacking the Republican candidate while the Republicans spent their money getting people out to vote. As a registered Republican and a known political conservative I was bombarded with calls, emails and text messages urging me to vote. This was a great example of US electioneering. This very narrow victory shows how focusing on the vote and not the candidate or the issues can win at the polls.

Folks We cannot move the needle in NY State.... NY city controls everything on a national level .. Schumer will die in office at a ripe old age ... Now I don't follow too many other states races and to be honest I never heard of this man. ... He seems to be a real deal ....Someone to keep an eye on ... Could be a conservative rising star in the party. If one has a few bucks to spare ... Might be a good idea to throw some his way. ... This *shouldn't be "big" for Trump. I understand D12 generally is Republican. The fact that it is close is more a "big" deal to me than anything.

Should be more concerned about the extraordinarily high Democrat turnout for a special election in August in a fairly reliable red district.

IIRC these two candidates will likely face each other again in the regular election in November.

Just wait until he loses when the provisional ballots are counted. I would say most provisional ballots are democratic voters and he will lose.
