We really have more horses ?
fuck 'em! Sooner or later it'll all implode, and with time most of them will die from starvation and stupidity, then the smart ones that made it
To be fair it said dairy cows. Not the summation of all types of cattle. Still a misleading data point though.We really have more horses ?
That doesn't seem right.
We may have more horse farms, but they probably average less than a dozen horses each.
One farm having 1000 head of cattle is a big farm, but not unreasonable. I don't think there is anyone with horse farms that size.
Edit;
Looked it up. 7.2M horses and 94M cattle in the US. So, yea, the basic premise is wrong.
Looks like historical numbers for Bison were only 60M. So we actually have more cows now too. They just don't roam the countryside in massive million animal herds.
That makes more sense. 9.5M dairy cows is the right answer AFAIK.To be fair it said dairy cows. Not the summation of all types of cattle. Still a misleading data point though.
So the numbers are a little off. The post says dairy cattle not all cattle. Dairy cattle numbers are around 9.4 million and horses around 7.4 million. From a farming standpoint, dairy seems to get the most heat from environmentalists so that might be why they focused on dairy. And the premise of the post still holds some water. People are quick to go after farm animals for supposedly causing environmental issues while completely glossing over what are mostly recreational animals. While there are certainly less horses than all cattle in the us, 7.4 million isn’t a small number. But the elites will ignore that because their trophy wife and spoiled daughter like to ride horses.We really have more horses ?

Typical lib. Rules for thee but not for me.Through out my day I interact with a good bit a farmers and I’ve met one that was a liberal. I normally avoid politics but I can usually tell. As soon as I got done introducing myself he said I’m a liberal. I said ok that’s fine and I don’t care either way. Then he proceeded to tell me how he supported all the liberal policies just not for his business because he’s a seasonal operation and he had to hire kids. He then stayed kids aren’t worth $15/hour and are lazy and screw around. I thought to myself yep sounds about right and people that have to hire kids for 12 months out of the year and not 2 months out of the year should be stuck paying them $15/hour and losing more productivity than you. Yep makes sense.
Horse's asses maybe?We really have more horses ?

Starve, poison, removal of medicine, outright murder...Guess they just plan to starve us all to death.
