How much are you pulling now?
Turn it down and resight it in. No reason to hurt yourself when 5 pounds or so isn't going to make too much of a difference. Plenty of game has been taken with 60 pounds.

I get pass through shots at 35 yards pulling back 55lbs, smooth draw with less movement too, don't beat yourself up!

I think 30 or 35lb is legal limit in NY. Better off turning it down being accurate and safe on your body. Sharp well placed broadhead will do the trick, talking my NY whitetail and not moose or elk size game.
Switch to a 2 blade broadhead and turn down the poundage. You'll get pass through shot shooting 58 pounds. Plenty of deer have been taken with setups like that.

Best Idea I heard, But not sighting in another bow. Sold all my high end Hoyts and only have the one cheapo left. Not really in to it this year. Saw only one deer last year and took her with the cheapo Hoyt bow. I'll sit, take the pain....

I remember last year ROBIN on here told me my pendulum sight system looked like a woman's diaphragm LMAO.... FREAKING Robin LOL.

Ny requires 35. I highly agree turn it down. Also lots of used bows around. I got a hoyt Maxxis 31 in 50 to 60 lb , right hand. With a fuse 6 arrow quiver I'd sell you for 250$. Pm if interested .
