Disclaimer - we don't "watch" any news/opinion tee-vee, ever...most of it belongs with "sportsball" - in the porcelain pony.
Given the present climate in the country, and the fact that Carlson addresses different aspects of this mess almost nightly...
Who in their right mind would physically ship such supposedly revelatory material 3000 miles, even if they were copies, and not the originals?
Why go from the East coast to the West coast and not take the documents with you - either physically or digitally?
Who would openly "text" a subordinate instructions for something like this?
As others here have said - what's wrong with a data stick passed hand-to-hand and then carried personally?
Encrypted text messaging and cell phones exist (Encrypted Cellular Phones | Encrypted Phone Calls | KryptAll™), but why would you trust it with the sterling reputation of our "alphabet" agencies? /sarc

Something is weird with this...doubt that Carlson is this stupid...but you never know...
Or maybe he was "trolling" to see how far "they" would go in intercepting any documents?
Perhaps multiple copies of this were in the envelope?...
