Cortlandt, New York – On January 30, 2019, the New York State Police and Westchester County Police arrested Deshawn Smalls, age 27, of Peekskill, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Firearm, a class E felony, and Justin Patterson, age 31, also of Peekskill, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2md degree, a class C felony, Falsifying Business Records in the 1st degree, a class E felony, four counts of Menacing in the 2nd degree, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Forged Instrument, Obstruction of Governmental Administration, all class A misdemeanors, and False Personation, a class B misdemeanor.
