A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging two Buffalo men with possessing with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, maintaining a drug involved premises and possessing firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking offenses, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.They face a maximum of life in prison if convicted on the charges.
