Two Buffalo men indicted on multiple drug and gun charges

A federal grand jury has returned an indictment charging two Buffalo men with possessing with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana, maintaining a drug involved premises and possessing firearms in furtherance of drug trafficking offenses, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.They face a maximum of life in prison if convicted on the charges.

Prosecutors said 32-year-old Hector Cordero and 23-year-old Damien Cruz each face a mandatory minimum penalty of five years and a maximum of life in prison if convicted.

.. all they listed was state crimes from a traffic stop / house search warrant ??

and this .. what complaint? .. would have been nice to include some info on that too ..
