I never knew this was law. magazine capable of carrying more than 7 rounds of ammunition . If I remember right it was 10 round Mag. with no more than 7 shells, because they didn't make 7 round for most guns. they just adding shit so they can act big by dropping some of the bullshit

Miller III of Menands, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree (C felony), Unlawful Possession of an Ammo Feeding Device (B misdemeanor), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A misdemeanor), two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (A misdemeanor), and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree (A misdemeanor). And knowing the NYSP handbook dealing with unSafe also states that the 7 round max is not to be enforced due to court decision.

A traffic violation? Either they did and the press release. is not accurate, or they had their hands full enough as. to not. write a ticket that would result in a parking ticket anyway. Why bother? It's not worth the paper when you've got him on everything else.

So why waste the paper on a 7rd mag charge that won't stick? They'd be better off writing a traffic ticket in its place.
Might make the difference between being released on bail or being held until a judge can see him.
The child victims will certainly not be put through that. Get a grip.
I promise you any and all traffic tickets that needed to be written were written. They are violations and in these types of storeis, each violation is usually not spelled out in list form.

im just going off the NYSP page .. there reporting is like CNN .. is it really that hard to say we pulled him / her over for this traffic infraction ..
after pulling him/her over for running a red light and turning right on red ect .. he/she had no drivers license
and then we found guns drugs ect ..

I would imagine as well there are very few, if any, "traffic infractions" that are arrestable offenses? Just spitballing.
