I was watching one of those police body cam footage regarding something similar, and the loss prevention person was swearing at the thieves. lol
What made it even more funny was that the only person swearing was the loss prevention employee, to the point of almost hostile.
Meanwhile the thieves were actually acting decent without cursing or causing too much of an issue with the police.

Does anyone else have issues seeing pictures correctly on NYSP? In firefox it zooms in and is part of the page background or something. Other browsers are better but its still cut off and weird. If I search for the incident I can find the entire picture but not at any sort of usable resolution.

I quit going to Walmart prior to the pandemic. Best thing I ever did.

Kind of an off topic thing here but oddly I began shopping ( sparingly) at Walmart after the CCIA was passed. Reason? The sign on the front door that states " Please refrain from open carrying firearms in the store ". My interpretation was open carrying ( illegal in NY prior the the CCIA anyway) was forbidden BUT, by inference of open carry in signage , concealed carry was acceptable. This was prior to the injunction of course.
I definitely heavily shopped at establishments that allowed concealed carry and avoided those that didn't.
And will continue to shop more frequently at those who support the 2A than those that don't/ didn't. Hell, you must admit your just plain safer in 2A places anyway.
I had the same inference. I believe the wording on the sign at the doors of the Victor Mall are similar.
I don't, however, have any belief that Walmart supports the 2A. The fact that they stopped selling pistol ammo and 556/223 due to how "dangerous" they were, and the fact the jumped whole-heartedly into recording the personal information of anyone buying what little ammo they deigned to sell, told me the didn't care a whit about our Rights.
I agree with you regarding thier past practices, but they left the proverbial door open to interpretation most likely due to corporate ignorance to interstate laws. It simply provided an option I used.
