Well, the robbery charge is great. Any charges like, I don't know, assault with a deadly weapon or maybe attempted murder? At least maybe a failure to wear bullshit face mask violation.

I guess if your go by current mentalities, they were just relieving the victim of their rightly deserved Reparations... And you know, they got to eat too!

I would seriously be flooding this DA's office with calls if I lived there saying WTF! They "SHOT" the victim... Now if a homeowner defended themselves in the same manner and the perpetrator succumbed to the defensive efforts of the homeowner, I'm sure murder and or at least manslaughter changes would be on the books...

Fuck these assholes who are afraid to effectuate the LAWS as provided, let alone when it is their mandate! Maybe new laws are needed, like those that hand tie judges in sentencing, restrict DA's ability to choose the charges, say, create a panel of at least 3 DA's who decide by majority, what charges be levied! Because this shots getting ridiculous... Shouldn't be up to just one person making the decisions as to application of the LAW... Lol
