I believe that is the "illegal gun" charge.I don't understand the charge.
Didn't they have a pistol permit?
If so, how can they be charged for having the pistol outside their home/business? that's not in the actual Law, is it? (I thought that was one of the "administrative restrictions" that were being protested lately).
If they didn't have a pistol permit, why weren't they just charged with an "illegal gun"?
Making something mandatory (ie: specific locations for entry), then further making the loss of your Rights at that location mandatory is still infringement, and made all the more egregious because of the force implied. You give consent by using the port of entry.
Not to mention that they extended "the border" 200 miles, so 95% of the people in the US now live "on the border" and their 4th ammendment rights can be suspended just by calling for a fed with the right uniform.Making something mandatory (ie: specific locations for entry), then further making the loss of your Rights at that location mandatory is still infringement, and made all the more egregious because of the force implied.
And then extending that mandatory region miles away from any border just demonstrates the maliciousness of the .gov.
