You mean a oversight committee will hold a hearing. People will be subpoenaed. They will be questioned. They will plead the 5th. Someone will say "at this point what difference does it make?" And that will be the end of this rights infringing program and they will spin up a new one.
No one will be held accountable and the people will not give two shits the government illegally spied on them.
