I disagree. If you pass laws where you can't sell them anywhere like they do in DC where they are basically regulated to only having one gun shop, you are infringing on both the seller to keep them and the buyer to keep and bear them.

That doesn't seem to be the case here. The decision mentioned 10 other shops, including 1 that was less than 600 feet away from the proposed new site. Clearly these guys are just pissed their location to set up a shop wasn't good to go. Find a new one and they get their site.
I understand what you are saying, but... It is not a violation of the 2A. Other parts of the Constitution, but definitely not the Second.

he didn't change the makeup of the court we need 1 Dem to retire or die id prefer 2. I'm not one to wish death on anyone but in this case I may make an acceptation.
We need people to look at reality instead of being played by political parties. The same old bullshit is being floated for decades and disproved. Supreme Court will always pretend to be divided no matter who appoints who.

Why does it have to be divided by political party? You either are an unbiased judge that rules on what the Constitution actually says or not. Because it's political with the 4 to 3 or 5 to 4 (whatever it is) that alone is proof that it's corrupt.

I agree. There was ordinances in effect that other shops followed and dealers are in a different situation vs individuals. The 2nd covers individual rights and not zoning issues

Agreed, the Court, the SCOTUS function should be entirely based upon the Constitution of these United States. Period! End of story!
By entering personal beliefs, politics or religion into decisions, it muddy's the field. Alas, we are human, and suffer those frailties which aflict us all. And these justices are no different... Sometimes even worse because they have an agenda to shape the world!
These justices know who put them there and this is who they serve. If they uphold 2nd amendment tomorrow, republican party will lose an issue to rally on. The whole system is corrupt. The ruling class has it all rigged and the peasant class is serenaded by bullshit stories.
