This shooting incident at UNC yesterday was big news locally here in the Carolina’s, but not elsewhere. I see nothing on Breitbart or Fox, (and I refuse to patronize CNN). Looks as though a sick in the head foreigner got mad and likely shot and killed his Research Professor boss? But despite the victim not yet being named until family notification, their coverage of this asshole is quite extensive.

However, one item left me wondering. The cops had posted a mug shot of him right after the shooting, and before he was captured a hour and a half later. It makes me wonder: What had he done previously to have a mugshot in the first place? Depending on his criminal record, why was he here, and not deported back to Wuhan, China? They report that they have not found the gun he used although they basically arrested him at the scene, so where is it? And, again,- depending on his criminal record, how exactly did he acquire a firearm?
