What i want to know is where are all the 2A judges when it comes to shooting down restrictive gun laws at the same rate we see abortion and gay marriage restrictions being shot down.

This is what my problem is all gun cronteol is no problem, but the minute you try to do anything with abortion nope can’t do that. That’s unconstitutional. No where in the constitution does it say you can end a life.

It does not, likely because the infant mortality rate was so high, or other disease by the age of 4-5 years old, and death of the mother during childbirth, means it likely was not a concern. Children back then were your social security and pension.
However that is what the 10th Amendment was to be used for, the states and their citizens can legislate as they see fit what is not pre-empted by the specific and limited powers granted to the federal government, as we all know.
If the justices writing the majority for Roe just read the US Constitution and let the states decide, this f**king issue would not have poisoned the body politic as it does.
