They'll never have their database up to date. Every day there are permit holders that are required to re-certify based on the date of issue of their permit.

Yes but This would have to be the largest group due to the life long issued prior. But it' awesome that it still is a new group every single day. And then 5 years from now the large group is once again required to recert
